Aerial Inspired Fitness Training offers a customized approach to movement that supports hypermobility, sensory regulation, and nervous system balance. By combining floor-based strength training with aerial conditioning, this program helps you build stability, prevent injury, and train in a way that works for your body and mind.
Each session starts with controlled, floor-based exercises to develop balance, proprioception, joint stability, and core engagement—all crucial for hypermobile bodies. We use props like resistance bands, weights, yoga blocks, and aerial slings to enhance body awareness, reduce strain on connective tissue, and improve coordination. This foundational work prepares you for safe and effective aerial conditioning on the apparatus of your choice—typically silks for beginners.
For neurodivergent movers, this training provides structure, sensory input, and adaptable progressions to help you stay engaged without overwhelm. Whether you thrive on clear instructions, visual cues, or exploratory movement, sessions are adjusted to your learning style and energy levels—because movement should feel empowering, not exhausting.
This isn’t just fitness—it’s movement designed for you. Ready to train in a way that supports your body and mind?

Learn To Flow on Lyra
This class is perfect for fitness enthusiasts or aerialists with some experience on other apparatus' like silks, sling or pole. Lyra, also known as the aerial hoop, is a circular steel apparatus. It's similar to pole, with the addition of suspension in the air.
We’ll focus on the basics, including mounting the hoop, proper body alignment, spinning and simple yet stunning poses. We’ll guide you through foundational techniques that will set you up for success as you progress in your aerial practice
To ensure you’re well-prepared and comfortable in the air, we highly recommend taking a beginner silks class before joining Lyra. The skills you’ll develop on the silks—such as grip strength, body awareness, and aerial vocabulary—will be invaluable as you transition to the hoop.

Explore Supported Aerial Play in Sling!
(NOTE: Aerial Sling is acrobatic fitness and is not the same as Aerial Yoga)
While both practices use suspended fabric, aerial sling and aerial yoga are different disciplines. Aerial sling focuses on dynamic aerial movements, tricks, and strength-based skills, often performed in mid-air using a single loop of fabric. In contrast, aerial yoga incorporates yoga poses, breath work, and meditation while using the fabric as a prop for support and alignment. Please be mindful of these distinctions when participating in classes, as techniques and goals vary between the two.
This class blends strength, fluidity, and creativity as you learn to move in and out of dynamic poses with the support of the sling. Perfect for all levels, aerial sling offers a full-body workout while allowing for graceful transitions, flips, and drops. You'll build core strength, improve flexibility, and explore unique tricks that challenge your body and mind. Whether you're new to aerial or looking to expand your skills, aerial sling provides a fun, supportive way to flow and fly through the air!
