My journey into aerial started on the ground, through yoga, studying physical therapy, and a lifelong curiosity about how the body works and heals. But when I first climbed onto the silks back in 2016, something shifted. Aerial was more than exercise — it was art, challenge, and self-discovery all woven together.
I still remember those early days: tangled wraps, slipping grips, the humbling mix of frustration and inspiration. And then the breakthrough moments with the first clean climb and the first drop I trusted myself to take. I realized strength isn’t just about building muscles; it requires patience, guidance, and showing up for yourself again and again.
What began as a personal challenge turned into a calling. Over the years I’ve collaborated with photographers, videographers, and fellow performers to bring stories to life through aerial.
Now, I specialize in working one-on-one with leaders, visionaries, and executives who crave something deeper than just a workout. My approach is intentional, safe, and tailored to each person. We focus on building strength and flexibility as a foundation, then a defining presence within your body.
I believe aerial is about showing up with intention, curiosity, and courage. And that’s exactly how I guide my clients: toward movement that transforms not just the body, but the way you step into life.
With bold intention,
Leah
